About the position

ProVern AS is seeking a structured, practical, and reliable warehouse employee who will play an important role in our daily operations. We supply workwear and personal protective equipment to end users and resellers.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys a varied working day and likes combining warehouse work with practical tasks related to preparing goods before delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
• Registering goods and inventory movements in the system
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Preparing and dispatching goods
• Replenishing, organising, and maintaining warehouse areas
• Inventory control and participation in stock counts and inventory checks
• Basic preparation and finishing of products before delivery
• Cooperating with Sales, Purchasing, and other departments as required

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse work or logistics is an advantage, but training can be provided
• Ability to work in a structured, accurate, and efficient manner
• Basic computer skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written Norwegian and English
• Good physical capacity and practical understanding
• Category B driving licence

The following are advantages but are not essential:

• Forklift operator certificate
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems, preferably Odoo
• Experience with picking, packing, receiving, and dispatching goods
• Familiarity with labelling, branding, or basic production preparation
• Experience from work where quality and precision are important
